 Not quite the program I was looking for
 My Comment I found Sourkoban wile looking for a solution of a SOKOBAN puzzle.I downloaded it and found it unusable beacuse the extention was unknown to the system. Later I found that PHYTON runtime was missing from my system. I did not and I will not use SOURKOBAN.

WebHosting I want to be able to install this software as a web service with a web hosting company. Is it possible? We are a small company and to host this software with our website.Can anyone help?
Good but Request ID issue. I think the product is good and provides a very communicative system between a client and support desk. I have a few issues with the Request ID (I want to start it from a higher number to follow the existing request ID system we currently have).
Other than that, so far it seems ok.
Manageservice engine plus Is good to trial and helpful for me that working as purchasing so I am more consistent with my work
